1. Overview

This Refund Policy governs all financial transactions between R.K Marketing Private Limited ("we", "us") and our clients ("you"). We are committed to delivering high-quality marketing services and to resolving any financial concerns fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner.

By engaging our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making any payment.

2. Monthly Retainer Fees

Monthly retainer fees are invoiced in advance at the beginning of each billing period and cover the work to be performed during that month. Because our team allocates resources, assigns personnel, and begins preparatory work immediately upon receipt of payment, monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.

If you wish to discontinue services, please refer to our Cancellation Policy for the applicable notice period and process.

3. Project-Based Fees

3.1 Initial Deposit

For project-based engagements, an initial deposit (typically 40%โ€“50% of the total project fee) is required before work commences. This deposit covers discovery, research, strategy development, and early production work. The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it compensates for time and resources already invested.

3.2 Milestone Payments

Subsequent milestone payments become non-refundable once the corresponding milestone deliverables have been submitted to you for review, regardless of whether you have formally approved them.

3.3 Final Payment

The final payment is due upon project completion and is non-refundable.

4. Advertising and Media Spend

Advertising spend deployed to third-party platforms (including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others) is managed on your behalf and is governed by the terms and conditions of those platforms. Once advertising spend has been deployed to a platform, it is not refundable by us. Any unspent budget remaining in your advertising platform accounts belongs to you and remains accessible in those accounts.

We will not deploy advertising spend beyond your approved budget without your prior written authorisation.

5. Circumstances Where a Refund May Be Considered

We will consider a refund request in the following limited circumstances:

Dissatisfaction with marketing results, changes in your business priorities, or disagreement with our strategic recommendations do not constitute grounds for a refund where services have been delivered as agreed.

6. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please send a written request to info@rkmarketing.site including the following information:

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a written decision within 10 business days of receiving all required information.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ€“10 business days of the approval decision. Refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible. We are not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment processors.

8. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our decision on a refund request, you may escalate the matter in writing to our Managing Director at info@rkmarketing.site. We will review escalated disputes within 15 business days. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.
